COVID Closing notice Mayor 11 12 2020 2020 11 12 22 45 26November 12, 2020

Dear City of Grand Saline Residents,

The City Staff and Elected Officials have been continually monitoring the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) outbreak. Out of an abundance of caution, we have determined that it is in the best interest of our residents and staff that we close City Hall, All court payments and water bill payments may be made online by visiting our website at www.grandsalinetx.gov . All current court dockets have been canceled and will be
rescheduled for a later date. Water billing will continue as usual and all payments will remain due at the usual times. Payments may be placed in the drop box outside of City Hall or paid online. We are temporarily waiving the online payment fees also.

We understand that this measure may place an undue burden on our residents. We hope that the urgency of the situation decreases over the coming weeks. We will re-evaluate our decision at the January City Council meeting. We appreciate your understanding in this most unusual time.

The City of Grand Saline employees will remain ready and willing to assist our residents in any way possible. We are still available to respond to your needs by phone or email. We may be reached at 903-962-3122.
